pets vs. doppelganger ftw
It had been more than a year since I last ascended a ranger, and I took all beastmaster skills, since they were useless to the doppelganger. Back then, the pet never showed up at all, even with Charm Animal in the skill bar.
Did it last night with my new ranger, and the kitty tagged along and kicked ass. |

Several patches ago (there have been many within the last 4 months) the Pet has finally been allowed to accompany their master to Ascention.
